SIZING | The fit information we offer is for general guidance only! If you want to discuss your feet – in our shoes – feel free to give us a call. ORDER PROCESSING | For all in-stock merchandise we generally ship within one week or less. For custom golf accessories expect your purchase to ship in about 4 weeks. As these are made-to-order especially for you, be patient! It will be worth it.
PAYMENT METHODS | We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal.
SHIPPING METHODS | We use USPS, FedEx Ground, and FedEx Express (upon special request; additional charges will apply). Please contact our office to arrange express shipments at 917-445-4367.
TRACKING INFORMATION | Once your package is in transit, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
CANCELING OR EDITING YOUR ORDER | We will always do our very best to accommodate you when it comes to order editing. As long as your original purchase hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll be happy to make any changes possible. Custom golf accessories may not be canceled or edited. Bags and gloves may be exchanged only. Hats, shoe laces, shoe liners and shoe care products are all final sale.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES | we want you to be happy with your purchase and comfortable in our shoes! To exchange or return a purchase for credit, please contact us within 21 days of the invoice date & we will send you a prepaid return label. Products must be repacked in their original packaging & returned in unused, resaleable condition. You will receive a site credit to be applied to future purchases for returns beyond the notification date. All hats, shoe laces, shoe liners & shoe care products are final sale. PRE-PAID RETURN LABELS | Offered for one exchange and for all returns, except for international sales, gloves, hats, shoe laces, shoe liners & shoe care.
SALE MERCHANDISE | Sale merchandise may be returned for exchange or site credit only. We regret we do not issue pre-paid return labels on sale items.
REFUNDS | Generally issued within 7 business days of your return (determined by its arrival in our warehouse).
PROMOTIONS | We generally run one to two promotions per year and offer a special code to use at checkout. Sign up for our newsletter to get promotion announcements and the discount code.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING | We happily ship to our neighbors in Canada. Please be certain of your size and selection before placing orders to avoid costly handling later dear Canadians! Other international destinations may be arranged on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at 917-445-4367. International purchases may be returned or exchanged, however, due to cost, we do not offer pre-paid shipping labels for this or refund Customs Duties, which vary by country.
